Troubleshooting on for logging in:

  1. Ensure that you are using one of our recommended Internet Browsers: Google Chrome or Firefox. If you do not have either of these on your computer, these are free downloads from Google.com.

*Ensure that this browser is up to date

  1. Clear your cache and cookies (from all time), close your browser completely, reopen the browser and try to login again.

Clearing Cache and Cookies:

Google Chrome: Save anything you’re currently working on > on your keyboard, press and hold in order Ctrl + Shift + Delete > this will bring up Clear Browsing Data > change the time range to all time and check off all boxes in both Basic and Advanced.  You can leave Passwords and other sign-in data from the advanced section alone. There is no need. > click clear data > close out all tabs and windows (close Chrome) > reopen Chrome > you should be now all set to go.

*The shortcut works on almost all browsers to get to clear browsing data.

Firefox: Save anything you’re currently working on > on your keyboard, press and hold in order Ctrl + Shift + Delete > this will bring up Clear Recent History > change the time range to everything and check off all boxes in both History and Data > click clear now > close out all tabs and windows (close Firefox) > reopen Firefox> you should be now all set to go.

  1. If the error message that you receive when logging in is “incorrect email or password”, confirm with your site administrators that you are using the correct email address as the username and if you are, use the reset password link on the login page to reset your password.  From the login page, click forgot password? > input your email address > click reset password > from there, an email address with a link inside is sent to the email address you put in > click that link > follow prompts to reset your password.
